Then again, aren't there a number of competing pizza places with that same (or similar) name in New York?

Tom Hilton said...: Famous Ray's is the one with everybody claiming the name. The John's in the Village is, as I understand it, the original; it's unclear to me what the relationship is with the Time Square John's, but the (very slick) website for the Times Square one refers to the Village location as "our forebears".; March 13, 2009 at 8:18 AM
