I know a woman who used to live here while she was going to law school who always called it "The Port of San Francisco," because that's what she saw on the Ferry Building when she first came to the city.
I miss that town. Maybe next spring...
I love that about the Ferry Building. It's the closest thing we have to the Hollywood sign.
