Shadow Shot Sunday
One of my cases settled on Thursday so yesterday morning I took my time getting in to work, taking a leisurely detour over to the Ferry Building and Pier 14. Caught this shadow along the way.
Shadow Shot Sunday is the meme heard round the world.

aside from the great light/colors, the scene itself, love the composition, Tom.
Magistic shawdows, it make the bridge look HUGE!
Shadows in Boston Downtown!
Wow! Those are majestic shadows! What a fantastic shot, Tom! I love it!
Enjoy your day!

Absolutely fantastic!
The bridge's large tower seems to split the sun in two. The glow of the sun remains on the structure and is soft. I love big bridges, even though they are engineered and look as they do for practical reasons. But they are beautiful as well...
This was simply striking and I immediately loved it, no matter how leisure oriented you were when you took it.
No wonder you took the leisurely route - I doubt I would ever want to arrive at the office with stunning ferry rides like this to experience.
Wonderful light, great shot. Good to see traffic back on the bridge. Now if they can just do something about the "S" curve.
Perfect! An absolutely perfect shot!
It is nice when the pressure abates for just a second, to give you a chance to look around! This is a great photo-I love it!
Fantastic photo, and I love shimmering look on the water surface.
WOW! With scenes like that I'd be tempted to take the long way to work every day!

great shot, a perfect angle!
Mine is up here
beautiful light in this photo, lovely strong silhouette of the bridge
Those leisurely, thought provoking drives can produce some of the best shadows...when the mind slows and just sees...wonderful shot!
Oh this is awesome :-)
Again with the substantial shadows!
Very strong, very nice.
