Shadow Shot Sunday

Safety Surface

No, it's not Talking Heads' long-awaited follow-up to Fear of Music; it's a rubberized surface on a wheelchair ramp at Anza and 14th Ave in San Francisco.

Shadow Shot Sunday explained here; this week's edition here.

Wild! My next guess was a frame from out of one of the Matrix intros.

Nice!

I thought it was a sheet of candy. Like those old Dots that I used to buy when I was a kid, but all lemon-flavored.

Nice! Talking Heads may be in touch with you to use this shot for the cover of their next release. It's a very colourful rubber surface. Here they are generally black. That's if the wheelchair access ramps even have rubber surfaces. Sadly not many do that I've noticed.

Isn't it amazing, the things you notice when you start doing these photo memes?

Love the texture here, and you've photographed it wonderfully.
