It's copper-colored, no doubt about that. And the police car blur totally made the shot for me as well. I was so happy to see that when I downloaded this!

Tom, you're right about the illegal parking. Kind of funny to see the cops speeding by and ignoring the violation (though I would have been upset if they had stopped and ticketed this beauty).

Thanks for the comment and for stopping by, OCTO! Also thanks for the link (ahab, you should really check that out -- there are some fabulous bird pictures there, plus various other fauna). You've got some great photos -- but I think you need to get out and shoot some more. Looks like your last post on that site was November!
