Thanks and, hey, I didn't mean to pre-empt you from posting. I figured you might be holding a shadow shot until tomorrow, so I figured I'd put something/anything up to keep things fresh.

I'm finally getting to the point where I have enough and maybe even a few extra (knock on wood) shots.

Jiminy Christmas, ahab, you don't need to apologize! I often feel like I'm hogging the bandwidth on this site, so I'm more than happy to see you post two (or more!) pictures in a row. It's always a treat for me to see your or Tom's shots on here. If anything, I'd like to see more of your photos and more of Tom's photos here.

On the other hand, I don't want to dazzle our viewers with too much too soon! I like to spread out the good stuff. What's that show business line? Always leave 'em wanting more.

On that note, I'm actually considering cutting back on some of my postings, especially the Travel Thursday ones. One really good, memorable shot is better than eight or ten just decent shots, imho. Plus, I'm not traveling that much these days, so I need to conserve my contributions a bit to make them last.

Well, you make the call on your Travel Thursdays, but IMO they're about more than just photography. I like seeing the featured shot or two and then a bunch under the fold.

And it sounds like the Generiks need to schedule a trip or two...
