This is down in the beautiful, very rural horse country between Gettysburg, PA and Frederick, Maryland. This shot is from just into Maryland, maybe 75 minutes from the nation's capitol.

The reds in this are just outstanding, and the composition is pretty perfect. I like this more each time I look at it.

Thanks, G. I actually took this several years ago. It may pre-date my first DSLR purchase. But this was one of those magical days. I got a least three killer shots (not including this one), including a spectacular one of a farmstead I'll post later this winter. I think I may enter it into a contest this summer.
