3D Two
Not sure what their deal was, but I caught these guys sporting classic cardboard 3D glasses in Union Square last Saturday. Do 3D glasses make real-life 3D more D? Like 4D, or maybe even 6D?

Strong image, G! Love the B&W.
Thanks! Yeah, I liked how the b&w really made those glasses pop.
I think it all just works. The grin, the straight man, the whole busy background. Reminds me of shenanigans with my bros. Once my brother Dave and I got hold of a pair of those styrofoam bowlers hats, or whatever they're called. On a day with nothing much to do but to kill a bunch of bottles of Champagne and Cognac and whatnot in the middle of my new neighborhood. Big fun ensued.
This is really an excellent shot.
This is great! Hmmmm, don't know if they see better, or not much of anything.
They were skimmer hats, not bowlers. Which makes all the difference in the world. It's like the difference between 3D and reading glasses.
Did you capture any pictures from that madcap day, ahab? I'm sure our readers would love to see them (and me too!).
I think it's in everybody's interest that that day passed unrecorded. The whole thing feels unreal now. Even those awesome hats could not survive the joy they inspired.
