The Man Behind the Martini

The Man Behind the Martini

On the bottom floor of my building, a bar that's been closed for a while is being renovated. I caught this worker standing in the shadows, and thought this could be a good Shadow Shot Sunday entry. (It could have worked for Martini Monday, too, but I didn't want to wait that long.)

I wonder if all these shadow shooters are as impatient as I am?

Like Bond, I'll have mine shaken, not stirred. Not a fan of olives, so I hope that is either a cherry or onion in the tall 'glass'...

usually yes tom...shadow shooting not for one who wants to have the perfect shot...cause the shadow is not going to wait forever. thanks for posting here...martini monday will have to wait.

You definitely can't wait long are those shadows have flown! You caught it perfectly, Tom! And, I too, will have mine shaken not stirred, but a little later in the day! Just happened to watch an old James Bond movie yesterday, so of course that was the first thing I thought of! Have a lovely weekend!

Just to clarify to sara and Sylvia -- there are three of us at this blog, and this shot is not from Tom. Glad you like it, but this is a Generik photo.

I'm impatient like that too! Great shot and that's nice news that the place is being renovated. Such a happy looking worker! I'm not sure I look so happy when I'm at work...

Have a super week!
