Shadow Shot Sunday: Silver Silhouette
In most parts of the world, Carnaval is celebrated on Fat Tuesday, or Mardi Gras, the last day before Lent. Here in San Francisco, we wait for a Shadow Shot Sunday late in May, when the weather is nice. I'm sure most of these folks would approve.

fabulous shadow shot!!
Fantastic shot and, of course, in San Francisco, home of "being different"! I love it! Hope you have a great weekend!

I am finding garish on the outside, yet the shadow allows the total beauty in subject and shadow to shine...
Oh wow that is a very terrific shot!! Happy Sunday!

Haha! So lovely to hear that you guys wait for a late May SSS to hold your Carnaval ;) That is awesome! I want those boots! It's not likely I'd ever wear them but I'd like to own them anyway!
interesting shadow this week...
Interesting shot in more ways than one..
Really enjoying all these Carnival and other festival shots.
That is outstanding.
Thanks, everyone! As you might imagine, I really enjoyed shooting this one. *ahem!* For, uh, purely aesthetic reasons, of curse.
