Oh, that's a good looking fellow. It almost looks like a museum display, though I'm sure you caught this guy in the wild.
You can tell it's immature by the sulky adolescent posture.

Thanks! Unfortunately there was nothing but the dullest, blankest sky behind him. I got this same guy later that day sitting on a boulder in the lake, but I haven't gotten around to polishing up those shots yet.
G, yes, I got him up in Maine on my recent trip. Tom, LOL. E, he's not thrilled that my buddy and I are boating near him but his posture is due to eating, not depression.
