I think this eagle must have been a female, it was gigantic. I'm really wishing I took better advantage of those few days when at least two of them were hanging around on and near to the fresh ice in my end of the lake. Amazing how fast we take things for granted. I guess I figured they'd be there forever.
[I'm having major ISP problems, so I may have to go incommunicado for a few days. And emerge with my first new email address ever. Kinda sad, but thanks to a pack of fools and their idiotic firm I may not have any choice in the matter.]
