(If I recall correctly, I was actually trying to shoot the player the moment before his shot, but he was too quick for me--with this happy result. Shot with my point & shoot, exposure dialed down to -1.3 or so for a faster shutter speed.)
Awewome shot, Tom. Timing is everything. Otherwise, pro photogs would only need to take a few shots. Instead, they take 500 and hope one of them is the the perfect moment. Good job and impressive for a point and shoot.
awesome movement in this. can you tell me how you did it? I generally (OK, always) suck huge when I try to get something like this.
