Or are those couple of pinkish things in the middle bin the turnips? I don't know, I hated turnips whenever my parents cooked them, so I've never bought or cooked them. I have had great ones out in good restaurant dishes, though, so maybe I should give them a try. Then I'd know what they look like.
I've eaten turnips and liked them, and as I recall, they're whitish-pinkish-purplish. I've never seen green turnips -- but then, there are a lot of things I've never seen, so don't go by me.
