Interesting shot, but I'll bet there's an allusion to The Clash in there. Is it the little guy's shirt?
Great evocative shot--apart from that car in the background, this could come from any time over the last 40-50 years.
I'm not so sure the Clash allusion is in the picture as much as it was in my mind when I titled it. It was simply the juxtaposition of the motel sign (should I stay?) and the kid running away (or should I go?) that made me do that.I'm really a very simple man when you look close.
I guess I overthought that one.
I dunno, the kid's uni is pretty Simonon. ;-)
