  2. Hey! Good one! And even I (all the way up north in Canada) know where this bridge is!

  3. The shadows are great. I know about this bridge, but I also see the shadow to the left appears to be a crane picking up the shadowy bridge tower on the right. The outcropping adds a neat alteration of the shadows that allow our imaginations to work overtime...

  4. A great perspective of a highly photographed bridge! Even in shadow on rocks it is recognisable! Fantastic shot!

  6. I think this is the best shot ever of the Bay bridge, what a perspective, oh the purples, I bet you were hot on the button for this shot, I would've been freaking...while driving, especially in the traffic there...well done!

  8. Love it, even me way down here in New Zealand realised what bridge that was...although I must admit I had to check the other comments to make sure I was right. LOL

  10. Thanks, y'all!

And Sweet Repose, fortunately I wasn't driving when I shot it--I like to live dangerously, but not that dangerously! ;-) I took this from a bluff above Fort Point, a little east of the south end of the bridge.

  12. As Ralph said, the shadow action of the bridge on the mountain makes things appear as they're not. Cool capture!
