  1. I agree with Quilt Works, tree shadows are so intricate and delicate and I do love this one! Terrific shot for the day, Tom!

  2. This shadow is so intricate and clear, it looks 3D against the muted colors of the old building, wonderful shot!

  3. I love that blue-grey colour, and what a perfect backdrop for the tree shadow. What a pity it's unoccupied. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas.

  4. The building is angular and nondescript. The tree leaves a natural pattern, not geometric at all. The combination of both shapes makes a wonderful scene!

  5. Tree branches make such wonderful shadows anywhere. Against this building, they are wonderful.

  6. Apparently? Do you think squatters may be living there? I hope so as I don't like the idea of houses sitting empty when there are so many people in need of some shelter. I'm sure landlords don't feel that way though. Understandably. Sort of.

And that's one of the prettiest tree shadows I've seen!

  13. Lovely wintery muted colours in this picture. It is a shame nobody lives there-it looks like a lovely building from the little I can see. Have a lovely Christmas!
