These are some of the slides my father took while working for the Delta Ministry in Mississippi--recently rediscovered while sorting through our parents' stuff.
I just wanted to add how powerful I find this kind of documentary photography. The sixties were long ago, and the sixties were recent. But photos like these make the sixties (and history) real.
